Century Entertainment International Holdings Limited (Stock Code: 959) announced that Mr. Man Yun Wah will cease to act as Company Secretary and Authorised Representative, under Rule 3.05 of the Hong Kong Listing Rules, with effect from 13 November 2025.

Following his departure, Ms. Kam Mei Ha Wendy has been appointed to both positions on the same date. Ms. Kam, who is Managing Director of Corporate Secretarial Services at InCorp Hong Kong, is a Chartered Secretary and a Fellow of both The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute and The Chartered Governance Institute in the United Kingdom. She holds the Practitioner’s Endorsement Certificate issued by the Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute and has around 30 years of corporate secretarial and governance experience.

The announcement, dated 19 November 2025, also includes confirmation of the Company’s board members: Executive Directors are Mr. Tang Ho Ka (Chairman and Chief Executive Officer) and Mr. Zeng Zhibo, while Independent Non-executive Directors are Mr. Michael Tan Defensor, Mr. Wong Yun Pun, and Ms. Zeng Qin.
