According to the latest information from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, on October 9, shareholders of ACESO LIFE SCI (00474) transferred their shares from Haitong International Securities to Imagi Brokerage Limited, with a transfer value of HK$124 million, representing 26.56% of holdings. On October 8, ACESO LIFE SCI shareholders conducted a transfer operation, moving shares from Haitong International Securities to Imagi Brokerage Limited, with a transfer value of HK$67.9825 million, representing 13.95% of holdings.

Recently, the company announced refinancing arrangements related to the 2018 financing agreement. All prerequisites under the 2025 loan agreement have been fulfilled, and the transaction was completed on September 26, 2025. Following this completion, the company has secured total financing of approximately £87.3 million, of which approximately £70.3 million has been drawn today to fully repay the UK loan and related transaction costs. The remaining £17 million will be used for capital expenditure on UK properties over the next one to two years.
