PetroChina Company Limited has announced a final ordinary dividend of RMB 0.25 per share for the financial year ended 31 December 2025. Shareholder approval will be sought at a forthcoming meeting, with the Hong Kong dollar equivalent to be disclosed upon confirmation of the applicable exchange rate.

Key timetable • Ex-dividend date: 18 June 2026 • Latest time to lodge share transfers: 16:30, 22 June 2026 • Book-closure period: 23 – 25 June 2026 • Record date: 25 June 2026 • Payment date: 31 July 2026

The dividend is subject to standard PRC withholding tax: • Non-resident enterprises: 10% corporate income tax. • Non-resident individuals from jurisdictions with a 10% treaty rate (including Hong Kong and Macau): 10% individual income tax. • Non-resident individuals from jurisdictions without a tax treaty or with a 20% treaty rate: 20% individual income tax. • Mainland individual investors holding H-shares via Shanghai-Hong Kong or Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connect: 20% individual income tax; similar treatment applies to mainland securities investment funds.
