Sinopec Kantons Holdings Limited (934) announced that a joint company secretary, Mr. Wang Xiaoming, has resigned due to a change in work arrangement. His resignation also encompasses his roles as an Authorized Representative under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules and as an agent for acceptance of service under relevant Hong Kong regulations, effective 27 November 2025. According to the announcement, Mr. Wang confirmed there is no disagreement with the Board, and he is not aware of other matters that should be brought to the attention of shareholders or the Stock Exchange.

Ms. Huang He, who is already serving as a joint company secretary, will remain as the sole company secretary and assume the duties of Authorized Representative and Process Agent effective on the same date. The Board stated that Ms. Huang meets the relevant qualification requirements under Rule 3.28 of the Listing Rules.

Separately, Mr. Shen Xiaolei has been appointed as Board Secretary effective 27 November 2025. Mr. Shen joined China Petrochemical Corporation in 2009 and has held several positions within the group for over 15 years, including roles in Sinopec Jiangsu Changzhou Petroleum Branch Company, Sinopec Fuel Oil Jiangsu Branch Company, and Sinopec (Shanghai) Energy Trading Co., Ltd. He currently serves as the compliance officer and the general manager of certain departments within Sinopec Kantons. The Board expressed gratitude to Mr. Wang for his contributions and welcomed Mr. Shen in his new role.
