XinKong International Capital forecasts FY2025 net loss to surge 210% amid revenue decline and asset impairments

03/20

XinKong International Capital Holdings Limited announced a profit warning, projecting its unaudited consolidated net loss for the year ended 31 December 2025 to expand by approximately 210% versus 2024.

The Board attributed the larger loss to three primary factors: 1. A decrease in revenue during the period. 2. A fall in the fair value of financial assets measured at fair value through profit or loss. 3. A significant impairment provision on a loan.

Management highlighted that both the fair-value change and the impairment charge are non-cash items, indicating no material adverse impact on operating cash flow or day-to-day business operations.

The Group cautioned that subsequent movements in the fair value of collateral or other financial assets could materially influence future results. The audited annual results for FY2025 are scheduled for release by the end of March 2026.

Shareholders and potential investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the company’s shares.
