BANK OF TIANJIN (01578) has announced that it recently received the "Approval from the Tianjin Financial Regulatory Bureau Regarding Han Liang's Qualification as an Independent Director of BANK OF TIANJIN" (Document No. Jin Jin Fu [2026] 116). The approval confirms Mr. Han Liang's qualification to serve as an independent non-executive director of the bank. In accordance with relevant regulations, Mr. Han will assume the roles of independent non-executive director and a member of the Board's Development Strategy Committee, Audit Committee, and Connected Transactions Control Committee, effective from May 15, 2026.
