According to the announcement, the primary reason for the decline in turnover was the closure of the group's plant in Zhejiang Province. This facility had been operating at a loss for many years due to high operating costs and low profit margins. The change in net loss was mainly attributed to a reduction in operating expenses. However, this improvement was offset by an increase in other expenses, primarily due to a provision made for litigation related to a Chinese subsidiary currently undergoing liquidation procedures.
