Anhui Sierte Fertilizer Industry Co.,Ltd. (ST司特, ASX: 002538) has announced the signing of a strategic cooperation agreement with the Guiyang Branch of Industrial And Commercial Bank Of China Limited (ICBC).

The agreement, titled the "High-Quality Development Strategic Cooperation Agreement" between the two parties, was executed on June 5, 2026, and is set to remain in effect for a period of five years.

Under the terms of the pact, ICBC's Guiyang Branch will leverage its service resources and product strengths to provide comprehensive, convenient, and preferential financial services to support the company's various financial needs, all within the framework of national policies and regulations.

During the validity of this five-year agreement, the two sides have reached an indicative cooperation scale for various financial products, with an estimated total credit line of 4.5 billion Chinese yuan.

The final amount will be determined based on the actual business conducted between the parties.
