FULLSHARE (00607) announced that the Jiangning District Branch of Nanjing Public Security Bureau in Jiangsu Province, China, which had previously accepted and investigated a case filed by China High Speed Transmission's wholly-owned subsidiary Nanjing High Precision Transmission Equipment Manufacturing Group Co., Ltd. (the complainant) regarding alleged misappropriation of RMB6.64 billion in related receivables and prepayments, has now clarified the following points after meeting with two company directors and lawyers from King & Wood Mallesons Shanghai Office: 1. Police investigation confirmed the company has no involvement in the RMB6.64 billion fund misappropriation reported by the complainant; 2. None of the company's directors or senior management are connected to the alleged fund misappropriation; and 3. The authorities had already provided written investigation results to the complainant last week.
