Hong Kong Stock Exchange data reveals that on November 20, a shareholder of LOPAL TECH (02465) transferred shares from Citibank to UBS Securities Hong Kong Limited, with a transfer value of HK$101 million, accounting for 6.01% of holdings.

On November 19, the same shareholder had moved shares from UBS Securities Hong Kong Limited to Citibank, valued at HK$108 million, representing 6.26% of holdings.

Earlier, LOPAL TECH reported its financial results for the first three quarters of 2025, posting revenue of approximately RMB 5.825 billion, a year-on-year increase of 2.91%. However, the company recorded a net loss attributable to shareholders of about RMB 110 million, narrowing by 63.53% compared to the same period last year. Basic loss per share stood at RMB 0.16.
