CHINASOFT INT'L (00354) surged over 4% in late trading, closing at HK$5.69 with a turnover of HK$216 million. The company recently signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Shenzhen Kaihong and Loongson Technology Corporation Limited to jointly establish the "Loonghong Ecosystem," centered on "OpenHarmony + LoongArch" for full-chain autonomy.

The three parties will leverage their complementary strengths: CHINASOFT INT'L will contribute its software applications, system integration, and global market expansion capabilities; Shenzhen Kaihong will provide its OpenHarmony operating system with full-scenario coverage, distributed architecture, and real-time low-latency technology; while Loongson will support the ecosystem with its LoongArch self-developed instruction set chips and underlying solutions.

The collaboration will deepen synergy across technology, products, markets, and ecosystems to accelerate the industrialization of the "Loonghong Ecosystem."
