UltraGreen.ai Limited reported a 45 per cent jump in underlying net profit to US$39.4 million for the six months ended Jun 30 2026, underpinned by an 11 per cent increase in Indocyanine Green (ICG) vial sales and firmer average selling prices in the United States. Revenue rose 24 per cent year-on-year to US$87.2 million.

Basic earnings per share came in at 3.56 US cents, up from a pro-forma 2.33 US cents a year earlier. The board declared an interim dividend of US$0.01 per share; no comparative figure for 1H2025 was provided. Cash and short-term liquid investments climbed 12 per cent from end-December to US$197.6 million, and the company reiterated that it has no borrowings apart from lease liabilities.

Sales volume expanded to 589,511 vials, led by a 24 per cent increase in EMEA shipments and a 45 per cent rise in APAC volumes, while US volumes grew 4 per cent. The change in geographic mix and pricing actions lifted gross margin to 87 per cent from 85 per cent. Adjusted EBITDA advanced 16 per cent to US$52.5 million, although the corresponding margin eased five percentage points to 60 per cent as operating costs normalised following last year’s pricing initiatives.

Operating profit from continuing operations improved 11 per cent to US$47.5 million. Contributions from the discontinued UltraLinQ business ceased following its divestment in 2025.

Management said the company will continue to expand into new markets, widen the range of surgical and wound-care procedures addressed by its fluorescence-guided solutions, and pursue regulatory clearance for its quantification software. Around one million shares have been repurchased under the firm’s buy-back mandate, and management signalled ongoing use of both dividends and buy-backs to return capital, subject to performance and market conditions.

Chief executive officer and executive director Ravinder Sajwan noted that the pricing actions taken in the United States last year have flowed through fully in 1H2026, while demand momentum remains strong across all regions. He added that second-half revenue is expected to surpass the first half on continued adoption of ICG and broader market penetration. UltraGreen maintained its full-year revenue guidance of US$175 million to US$185 million, implying double-digit growth in both revenue and underlying net profit for FY2026 amid plans to scale its digital health offerings and geographic reach.
