On 18 September 2026, China Display Optoelectronics notified non-registered shareholders that the company’s 2026 Interim Report is now available in both English and Chinese on the HKEXnews website (www.hkexnews.hk) and the company’s own site (http://www.tclcdot.com).

Shareholders who prefer a printed copy can submit a completed request form to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong. A scanned, signed request form may alternatively be emailed to 334-ecom@vistra.com. For local mailings, the pre-paid mailing label on the request form eliminates the need for postage.

A print-copy election remains effective until the end of the current financial year unless revoked or superseded. Future print requests must be made in writing.
