AEON CREDIT (00900) has announced that its Independent Non-Executive Director, Mr. Lee Ching Ming, will not seek re-election at the company's Annual General Meeting scheduled for June 25, 2026. His tenure will conclude at the end of the 2026 AGM, as he intends to dedicate more time to his other personal commitments. Following his departure, Mr. Lee will also relinquish his positions as Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and member of the Strategy Committee.
