BLOKS Surges Over 5% in Late Trading as Overseas Expansion Gains Momentum and Building Block Vehicles Emerge as Key Growth Driver

BLOKS (00325) saw its share price climb more than 5% during the final stretch of Wednesday's trading session, buoyed by robust overseas performance and a promising new product line. At the time of writing, the stock was up 5.16%, trading at HK$76.95, with turnover reaching HK$111 million.

In its interim results, the company reported revenue of HK$1.776 billion for the first half of the year, a year-on-year increase of 32.7%. Adjusted net profit also rose by 25.1% to HK$401 million. Notably, the board has proposed an interim dividend of HK$0.3247 per share, marking the first dividend payout since its listing. Additionally, the company repurchased approximately 2.2 million shares during the period, which were subsequently cancelled.

Commenting on the performance, Northeast Securities highlighted that overseas revenue surged 228.5% year-on-year to HK$370 million in the first half, lifting its share of total revenue by 12.3 percentage points to 20.6%. The United States and Indonesia emerged as the two largest overseas markets. Moreover, the company's newly launched building block vehicle line, introduced in November 2025, generated HK$190 million in revenue, accounting for 10.4% of total sales and clearly establishing itself as a second growth curve.
