HUADIAN POWER (01071) announced that its board of directors reviewed and approved on August 28, 2025, a capital increase agreement between the company and Huadian Jinsha River. Under the agreement, Huadian Jinsha River will add RMB 5 billion in new registered capital, with the company agreeing to contribute RMB 600 million based on its 12% equity stake proportion. The capital increase agreement is expected to be executed by September 30, 2025, or earlier.

Upon completion of the capital injection, Huadian Jinsha River's registered capital will rise to RMB 15 billion, which will be fully funded by existing shareholders according to their current ownership percentages. Following the expanded registered capital structure, the company will maintain its 12% equity holding in Huadian Jinsha River.
