CHI KINGSTONE (01380) announced that pursuant to Rule 17.05 of the Listing Rules, the Company shall not grant any options or awards after it becomes aware of any inside information until after the trading day on which such information is announced (inclusive). In view of the above and having considered that the original stock options have not yet been accepted by the relevant grantees, the Board resolved to cancel the original stock options on September 29, 2025. The Company re-granted a total of 4.89 million stock options to the same batch of grantees under the stock option scheme, representing approximately 1.32% of the total issued shares as at the date of this announcement, subject to acceptance by the grantees.
