Central Development Holdings Limited (CENTRAL DEV H) announced on 23 July 2026 that its Annual Report for the year ended 31 March 2026, accompanying circular, notice of the 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM), and proxy form (collectively the “Current Corporate Communication”) have been published online. The documents can now be reviewed on the company’s website (www.475hk.com) and on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s HKEXnews portal (www.hkexnews.hk).

To enhance efficiency and reduce paper usage, the board strongly recommends shareholders access the web versions of these materials. Those who previously elected to receive printed copies will find the relevant documents enclosed with the notification letter.

Shareholders experiencing difficulties with email notifications or website access, or who prefer hard-copy documents, may complete and return the enclosed reply form to the Hong Kong share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, by post (using the prepaid label) or via email (475-ecom@vistra.com). Upon request, printed copies of both current and future corporate communications will be dispatched free of charge.

Maintaining a valid email address with the registrar remains each shareholder’s responsibility. Until a functional address is provided, notices of publication and any actionable corporate communications will be sent in printed form only.
