China Vanke Co., Ltd. (the “Company”) announced the withdrawal of its previously submitted application for a real estate investment trust (the “Project”), covering several high-standard warehouse logistics parks owned by VX Logistic Properties. The original application process began on 1 March 2024, as acknowledged by the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC).

After considering various external and market factors, the REIT manager and the ABS manager filed the withdrawal request on 14 January 2026. The application review was terminated as of 23 January 2026. The decision will not materially affect the Company’s daily operations. The Company will consider recommencing the application process when conditions are deemed optimal.
