Qeeka Home (Cayman) Inc. announced that, effective 31 March 2026, Executive Director Sun Jie and Independent Non-executive Director Lam Siu Wing will join the company’s Nomination Committee.

With these appointments, the committee’s membership expands to five: Chairman Deng Huajin, Zhang Lihong, Cao Zhiguang, Sun Jie and Lam Siu Wing.

As disclosed, the full Board now consists of three executive directors (Deng Huajin, Tian Yuan, Sun Jie), three non-executive directors (Zhou Wei, Zhao Guibin, Xie Tian) and three independent non-executive directors (Zhang Lihong, Cao Zhiguang, Lam Siu Wing).

The Board expressed a formal welcome to the newly appointed committee members.
