MIDEA GROUP (00300) announced that it has been informed that Ande Smart Logistics submitted an application for listing on August 27, 2025, through its joint sponsors to The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the Stock Exchange) for the listing and trading of Ande Smart Logistics H shares on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange.

As disclosed in the relevant circular, the initial offering size of Ande Smart Logistics H shares shall not exceed 20% of the enlarged total share capital of Ande Smart Logistics immediately after the offering (before the exercise of the over-allotment option), and the underwriters shall be granted an over-allotment option of not more than 15% of the above-mentioned initial offering size of Ande Smart Logistics H shares.

Upon completion of the proposed spin-off and listing, Ande Smart Logistics will remain a controlling subsidiary of the Company.
