I-CABLE COMM (01097) announced the following appointments and changes effective December 13, 2025: (1) Mr. Shao Zaichun has been appointed as an executive director; (2) Mr. Zheng Dazu has been appointed as an executive director; (3) Mr. Li Guoheng has resigned as an executive director and will no longer serve as an authorized representative; (4) Mr. Li Guoheng has been appointed as the vice chairman of the board and alternate director to executive director Mr. Zeng Anye; and (5) Mr. Du Zhike has been appointed as an authorized representative.
