(Stock Code: 2429) announced the submission of a filing application to the China Securities Regulatory Commission on October 24, 2025, for the proposed implementation of its H share full circulation plan. The company intends to convert a total of 40,671,930 Domestic Shares into H Shares on a one-for-one basis.

Following completion of all required filings and approvals, including those from the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong, the 40,671,930 Domestic Shares would be converted into H Shares and listed for trading on the Stock Exchange.
