NTT DC REIT disclosed on Jul, 13 2026 that its manager, NTT DC REIT Manager Pte. Ltd., has reshaped its governance team with two senior appointments.

Effective Jul, 27 2026, Tong Wei Min Raymond will join the board as an Independent Non-Executive Director and become a member of both the Audit and Risk Committee and the Nominating and Remuneration Committee.

On the same date, Sandip Talukdar will assume the roles of Lead Independent Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Nominating and Remuneration Committee.

Following these appointments, the board will comprise five members, while the Audit and Risk Committee and the Nominating and Remuneration Committee will each include three directors.
