Imperium Financial Group Limited (Stock Code: 8029) has announced the appointment of Mr. Wang Qiang as an executive director, effective 23 October 2025. According to the announcement, Mr. Wang, aged 47, has over 15 years of experience in network technology services and has been serving as general manager of Beijing Derekom Technologies Co. Ltd since founding the company in August 2010. He earned a diploma in industrial automation from the institution now known as The North China University of Science and Technology.

Under the three-year service agreement starting 23 October 2025, Mr. Wang is entitled to a monthly remuneration of HK$80,000, subject to further renewal and a potential year-end discretionary bonus. He indirectly holds 54,620,000 shares in Imperium Financial Group Limited, representing 19.5% of the issued share capital. The board notes that Mr. Wang will be subject to retirement at the first annual general meeting following his appointment and at least once every three years thereafter, in accordance with the company’s procedures.
