Ridge Outdoor International Limited announced a shift to electronic dissemination of all future corporate communications, effective 17 April 2026, in line with amended Listing Rule 2.07A and the company’s articles of association.

Under the new framework, “Actionable Corporate Communications” will be emailed individually to shareholders. If a valid email address is unavailable or proves non-functional, the company will send printed copies alongside a form to capture a working email for future use.

For regular reports—annual, interim, quarterly, circulars, meeting notices and other documents—Ridge Outdoor will publish the full bilingual versions on its website (www.ridgeoutdoor.com) and on HKEx’s website (www.hkexnews.hk). No separate notification of publication will be mailed; shareholders are expected to check the websites proactively.

To facilitate smooth electronic delivery, shareholders are urged to submit or update a functional email address via an online form accessible through the provided QR code (active for two months from the despatch date) or by notifying Tricor Investor Services Limited, the Hong Kong branch share registrar, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or via 2720-ecom@vistra.com.

Printed copies of any corporate or actionable communication remain available free of charge upon written or emailed request to the registrar, addressing needs of investors who cannot access online documents.
