On 2 December 2025, Kwong Man Kee Group Limited (“Kwong Man Kee” or “the Company”) announced the availability of its 2025/26 Interim Report in both English and Chinese. According to the announcement, copies can be accessed on the Company’s official website (www.kmk.com.hk) as well as the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s platform (www.hkexnews.hk).

The Company encourages viewing the online version of the report. However, non-registered holders who face difficulties in accessing the document electronically may request a printed copy by completing and signing the provided request form. The form may be returned to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, located at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or by sending an email to 8023-ecom@vistra.com. Upon request, printed copies will be dispatched free of charge.

Non-registered holders interested in receiving future corporate communications electronically are advised to liaise with their intermediaries—such as banks, brokers, custodians, nominees, or HKSCC Nominees Limited—to provide a valid email address. Until that process is finalized, only printed notices will be provided for new publications.
