HMVOD (the “Company”) announced that it received an official resumption guidance letter from The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited on 29 July 2026. Trading in HMVOD shares has been suspended since 22 July 2026 under Rule 17.26 of the GEM Listing Rules and will remain halted until the Company satisfies all regulatory requirements.

Key directives from the Stock Exchange: 1. Demonstrate full compliance with Rule 17.26 of the GEM Listing Rules. 2. Disclose all material information necessary for investors to evaluate the Company’s position.

Regulatory timeline: • Under Rule 9.14A(1), the Stock Exchange may cancel the listing if suspension lasts 12 consecutive months. For HMVOD, this window closes on 21 July 2027. • Failure to meet all resumption conditions by that date will prompt the Listing Division to recommend delisting; the Exchange also reserves the right to impose a shorter remedial period or delist immediately under Rules 9.01, 9.04, 9.14 and 9.15.

Corporate response: • Management states it is “using its best efforts” to meet the resumption guidance and resume trading as soon as practicable. • Quarterly updates will be provided under Rule 17.26A, covering business operations, detailed action plans, progress, and any material changes to those plans.
