BAIC MOTOR has made a new board appointment.

In an announcement, the company stated that Mr. Tolga Oktay has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director.

This appointment was made during the Annual General Meeting.

His term will commence on June 25, 2026, and will last until the conclusion of the fifth board of directors' tenure.
