QINGCI GAMES (06633) has announced that Mr. Zhu Chengyin and Ms. Weng Meiyi have tendered their resignations as Joint Company Secretaries, effective May 14, 2026. Furthermore, Ms. Weng has ceased to serve as an Authorized Representative of the company, also effective May 14, 2026.

The Board of Directors further announced that Ms. Wang Yilan has been appointed as the Company Secretary and Authorized Representative, effective May 14, 2026. The Board has also resolved to appoint Ms. Pan Jiaqi as the Deputy Company Secretary, effective from the same date.
