Radiance Global Group Holdings Limited announced that its board of directors will convene on 27 August 2026 to consider and approve the unaudited consolidated results for the six months ended 30 June 2026. The meeting agenda also includes discussion of a potential dividend recommendation.

The notice, dated 10 August 2026, was issued by Chairman and Executive Director Liu Huanjin. The board currently comprises five executive directors—Wong Seng, Liu Huanjin, Liu Yingdong and Wang Qiaolian—and three independent non-executive directors—Leung Ka Wai, Dong Xinjian and Chen Yuquan.

Radiance Global reaffirmed that the announcement complies with GEM Listing Rules and will remain available on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange website for at least seven days, as well as on the company’s own website.
