The completion and handover ceremony for the new campus of Shanghai Minhang Concord Bilingual Shanyin School, located at Pujin, was recently held at 980 Changlin Road in Minhang District. The event, themed "Building Dreams with Culture and Education, Crafting a New Beginning," marked the formal conclusion of this major, benchmark educational project actively promoted by Minhang District. The campus is expected to commence operations in early 2027.
The ceremony was hosted by Shanghai Shangbao Concord Industrial Development Co., Ltd. Leaders from Shanghai Media Group, the Minhang District government and various related bureaus, Pujiang Town, Pujin Subdistrict, the district's urban investment company, and the Concord Education Group attended, collectively witnessing this milestone moment for public education.

At the handover ceremony, the Minhang District Construction and Management Commission issued the "Project Completion Filing Certificate" to the district's urban investment company, which then completed the qualified transfer of the project, marking the successful conclusion of the construction phase. Lu Huiwen, the Principal of Concord Education, introduced the school's educational philosophy, distinctive curriculum, and future development plans on-site.
Completion of a High-Standard Modern Campus
As a core public welfare project for optimizing Minhang's educational layout and expanding the supply of high-quality education, the Concord Bilingual Shanyin Pujin Campus is situated in the core Plot 17-06 of Pujin Subdistrict, adjacent to the Shanghai Theatre Academy's Changlin Road campus, giving it a prominent locational advantage. The project covers a total site area of approximately 33,300 square meters with a total floor area of about 45,400 square meters. It was constructed by Shanghai Minhang Urban Construction Investment Development Co., Ltd. as the project agent, with Shanghai No.4 Construction Group as the general contractor.
Construction officially commenced in April 2025. All participating units focused on key construction milestones, coordinating efforts in project advancement, safety management, and civilized construction. Work on surrounding municipal infrastructure, such as Pushen South Road and area landscaping, was initiated simultaneously. The entire process from groundbreaking to completion, inspection, and handover was completed to a high standard and quality in just 14 months, fully demonstrating the "Minhang Speed" and meticulous craftsmanship of major project construction.
The new campus includes a high-end kindergarten and a nine-year integrated bilingual school.
