Ever Glory United Holdings Limited announced that its listing will be transferred from the Catalist board to the Mainboard of the Singapore Exchange on Dec, 29 2025.

Trading in the company’s shares on the Mainboard will begin at 9:00 a.m. on the effective date, after the group fulfilled all conditions set out in the approval-in-principle granted by the bourse on Nov, 22 2025.

Upon the transfer, Novus Corporate Finance will cease to act as the company’s continuing sponsor, Ever Glory United added.
