On 17 November 2025, Xinji Shaxi Group Co., Ltd (the “Company”) announced that its latest Circular, Notice of EGM, and Proxy Form are now available in both English and Chinese. These documents can be accessed on the Company’s website (www.xjsx.net.cn) and the website of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (www.hkexnews.hk).

Non-registered holders may obtain printed copies by completing and returning the Request Form to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or by email to 3603-ecom@vistra.com. Future corporate communications will also be provided promptly upon request at no charge.

Those who prefer receiving corporate communications in electronic form are advised to provide a functional email address to the relevant intermediaries, including banks, brokers, custodians, nominees, or HKSCC Nominees Limited. The Company noted that until such an email address is on record, relevant notices of publication will only be sent in printed form.
