Arts Optical International Holdings Limited announced that the English and Chinese versions of its Interim Report 2026 have been published on both the company’s website (www.artsgroup.com) and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange website (www.hkexnews.hk).

The board, chaired by Ng Hoi Ying, Michael, strongly recommends that registered shareholders review the report electronically and register a functional email address to receive future corporate communications and actionable documents via email.

Shareholders who have previously opted for printed materials—or who encounter difficulties accessing the online version—may request hard copies at no cost by completing and returning the enclosed reply form to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, or by emailing 1120-ecom@vistra.com.

Failure to provide a valid email address will result in shareholders receiving only printed notices of publication and actionable communications until an updated address is supplied.
