Henderson Land Development Company Limited (stock code: 00012) disclosed that it will adopt a new company logo effective 14 March 2026.

The change applies prospectively: all share certificates issued from 16 March 2026 onward will display the new logo. Existing share certificates bearing the previous logo will remain fully valid for trading, settlement, registration and delivery, and no exchange of certificates is required.

The Board emphasised that shareholders’ rights are unaffected by the redesign. The announcement was authorised by Company Secretary Timon Liu Cheung Yuen and released on 15 March 2026. The Board currently comprises 10 executive directors—including Co-Chairmen and Managing Directors Lee Ka Kit and Lee Ka Shing—one non-executive director and six independent non-executive directors.
