Both documents are available on the company’s website (www.wxsunlit.com) and the HKEX disclosure platform (www.hkexnews.hk).

The Annual General Meeting will be held on 26 Jun 2026. Shareholders who have previously opted for printed communications will receive hard copies of the new materials. Other shareholders may request free printed copies by writing to the Hong Kong share registrar, Union Registrars Limited, or by emailing 1289-corpcomm@unionregistrars.com.hk.

Non-registered shareholders wishing to receive future corporate communications electronically should provide a functional email address to their custodian, broker, bank, or other intermediary. Until an email address is provided, such shareholders will not receive electronic publication notices.
