Alpha Integrated Real Estate Investment Trust said on Dec, 23 2025 that Mindarie Investment Pte. Ltd. has launched a mandatory conditional cash offer for all issued and outstanding units that it and its concert parties do not already own. United Overseas Bank Limited is acting as financial adviser to the offer.

The formal offer document, outlining detailed terms and acceptance procedures, is expected to be disseminated to unitholders between 14 and 21 days from the announcement date.

The REIT’s board will appoint an independent financial adviser to guide its independent directors on the offer. A circular containing the adviser’s opinion and the directors’ recommendation will be sent to unitholders within 14 days after the offer document is released.

Until then, the manager has urged investors to exercise caution when dealing in the units.
