Shenzhen Dobot Corp. Ltd. disclosed its Monthly Return on Movements in Securities for October 2025. The total issued share capital remained unchanged at RMB 423,295,400, comprising 377,138,547 H Shares (stock code 02432) and 46,156,853 Domestic Shares.

No changes were recorded in the number of issued shares or treasury shares during the reporting period. The H Share Option Scheme with an exercise price of HK$52.72 was approved at a general meeting on 09 October 2025, and 612,825 share options were granted. However, there were no new shares issued under the scheme in October 2025, and the total number of shares that may be issued upon full exercise of all granted options stands at 42,329,540.
