Road King Infrastructure: RKI Overseas Finance Defers 23 Jun 2026 Distribution on 7% Perpetual Securities

Road King Infrastructure Limited (Road King) announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, RKI Overseas Finance 2017 (A) Limited (the Issuer), has elected to defer in full the distribution and outstanding arrears on its 7% Senior Guaranteed Perpetual Capital Securities (ISIN: XS1635996603) that were scheduled for payment on 23 June 2026.

The decision was made under Conditions 8(D)(i) and 8(D)(iv) of the securities’ terms, pushing the payment to the next distribution date. This marks the Issuer’s third consecutive deferral after similar actions on 23 December 2024, 23 June 2025 and 23 December 2025.

The Issuer stated there is no assurance that future distributions will not be deferred. Holders of the 7% securities are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the instruments.

The notice was authorised by the boards of Road King and RKI Overseas Finance 2017 (A) Limited and released on 12 June 2026.
