SIIC Environment Holdings Ltd. has released its latest Annual Report, AGM circular, notice and proxy form on both the company website (www.siicenv.com) and HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk).

The group, in line with Rule 2.07 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s paper-less listing regime effective since 31 December 2023, will henceforth provide all corporate communications exclusively in electronic form. Printed copies will be dispatched only to shareholders who have previously elected hard-copy delivery or who submit a specific request to the Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Ltd.

To receive timely email notifications, shareholders are encouraged to register a functional email address by scanning the personalised QR code or by returning the completed reply form to the registrar. If no valid email is supplied: • Notifications of publication will instead be posted by mail; • Shareholders will need to check the SIIC Environment and HKEXnews websites proactively; and • “Actionable Corporate Communications” (e.g., proxy forms requiring instructions) will continue to be posted in hard copy.

Shareholders opting for hard-copy documents may submit the reply form or email SIICEnvironment.ecom@computershare.com.hk; such requests remain effective for one year from receipt.
