NICHE-TECH SEMI (08490) has released its financial results for the six months ended June 30, 2026, showing a significant improvement in its bottom line despite softer revenue figures.

The semiconductor materials specialist reported a period loss of HK$11.243 million, which represents a substantial narrowing of 63.09% compared to the same period last year. During the reporting period, the group generated revenue of HK$64.543 million, marking a 16.01% decrease year-on-year.

On a per-share basis, the basic loss stood at 1.59 HK cents for the interim period, reflecting the improved cost management and operational efficiencies that helped cushion the impact of declining sales.
