Acrophyte Hospitality Trust said on Jun, 24 2026 that the managers of its stapled group are continuing a strategic review and are still in discussions with the sponsor, Tang Organization, on a possible transaction involving the trust’s stapled securities.

The managers cautioned that there is no certainty any deal will materialise and said further announcements will be made if there are material developments. They advised stapled securityholders to exercise caution when trading their securities and to seek professional advice if in doubt.

Acrophyte Hospitality Trust, listed on the Singapore Exchange since May 2019, comprises Acrophyte Hospitality Property Trust and Acrophyte Hospitality Management Trust. Its portfolio includes 31 upscale select-service hotels with 4,061 rooms across 16 U.S. states.
