INFINITY DEV (00640) announced that all conditions under the placement authorization have been fulfilled, with a total of 35.1 million placement shares successfully allocated by the placing agent. The placement was completed on December 2, 2025.

In accordance with the terms of the placement authorization, the shares were issued at a price of S$0.39 per share (equivalent to HK$2.335) to no fewer than six placees. After making all reasonable inquiries, the board confirms that the placees and their respective ultimate beneficial owners are independent third parties. None of the placees became a major shareholder of the company following the completion of the placement.
