China Baoli Technologies Holdings Limited (Stock Code: 164) announced an expected loss attributable to owners of the company ranging from approximately HK$14.0 million to HK$18.0 million for the six months ended 30 September 2025, compared to a loss of approximately HK$7.5 million in the same period of 2024.

The company attributed the projected increase in loss primarily to the absence of gain on reversal of expected credit loss allowance, a decrease in other income (including lower gain on settlement), and higher exchange loss. Management stated that the unaudited consolidated results for the period are still under preparation and may be subject to change following review.
