Xiaocaiyuan executes HK$7.29 million share buyback, reducing free float by 0.09%

Xiaocaiyuan International Holding Ltd. repurchased 1.03 million ordinary shares on 28 May 2026 through on-market transactions, paying an aggregate HK$7.29 million. The shares were bought at prices ranging from HK$6.93 to HK$7.13 apiece, translating into a volume-weighted average cost of HK$7.06 per share.

Following the transaction: • Issued shares (excluding treasury stock) fell to 1.174 billion from 1.175 billion, a decline of 0.09%. • Treasury share holdings rose to 2.34 million. • Total issued shares remained unchanged at 1.177 billion, as the repurchased shares are being held in treasury rather than cancelled.

The buyback forms part of the mandate approved on 20 April 2026, which authorises the company to repurchase up to 117.65 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now stand at 2.34 million shares, representing 0.20% of the issued share base at the mandate date.

Under Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules, Xiaocaiyuan is restricted from issuing new shares or selling treasury shares until 27 June 2026. The board confirms that the repurchase complied with all applicable listing rules and regulatory requirements.
