OUE Real Estate Investment Trust announced that its manager, OUE REIT Management, has entered into a period of exclusivity with Mitsubishi Estate Asia Pte. Ltd. to negotiate the acquisition of a partial stake in Salesforce Tower in Sydney.

Negotiations remain ongoing and no binding agreement has been signed, so there is no certainty that a transaction will be completed.

The manager said it will make further announcements on SGXNET in line with Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited listing rules if material developments arise.

Unitholders and potential investors are advised to exercise caution when trading the trust’s units.
