China Mobile Limited disclosed its equity movements for January 2026, showing an increase of 6,514,452 ordinary shares listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (stock code: 00941). The total number of such shares in issue rose from 20,741,838,745 at the end of December 2025 to 20,748,353,197 at the end of January 2026. The company’s RMB Shares, listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange (stock code: 600941), remained unchanged at 902,767,867 shares. The increase in issued shares arose from the exercise of share options under two share option schemes, raising HKD 339,906,310.2 in total funds.
