China East Education Holdings Limited (CHINA EAST EDU) reported that Joint Company Secretary Ms. Ng Sau Mei has resigned, effective 27 May 2026, citing other work arrangements. The Board confirmed Ms. Ng’s departure involves no disagreement with directors and no matters requiring shareholder attention.

Concurrently, the Board appointed Ms. Poon Wai Shan as the new Joint Company Secretary, also effective 27 May 2026. Ms. Poon currently serves as manager in the company secretarial services department at TMF Hong Kong Limited and brings more than 25 years of experience in corporate governance and compliance. She is an associate member of The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute and The Chartered Governance Institute (UK). Mr. Mao Chaosheng continues in his role as the other Joint Company Secretary.

The Board expressed gratitude to Ms. Ng for her contributions and welcomed Ms. Poon to her new position.
