GDS Holdings Limited (GDS) announced the resignation of independent director and Audit Committee Chair Lim Ah Doo, effective 20 May 2026, citing personal reasons.

Concurrently, the Board appointed Hua (Kathy) Chen to fill both roles, effective the same date. Chen brings more than 30 years of finance and operational experience, currently serving as Managing Partner and CFO of SB China Venture Capital. Her prior roles include Director and CFO at Volaris Capital within Credit Suisse, and Tax Consulting Manager positions at Arthur Andersen LLP and Ernst & Young LLP.
